1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Chairperson welcomed all representatives from Client and

2.0 CONTRACTUAL MATTERS

2.1 BCE has issued LOA to all consultant. Info

2.2 BCE reminded all consultants to substantiate for claim and work done.. All

3.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE & TIMELINE

3.1 TOWN PLANNER

3.11 TK has confirmed the final layout today, thus ESP to work on TK 21st Nov 2019
KM submission and all documents to be finalised by 21st Nov
2019.
3.12 TK confirmed to demolish the bird Nest due to CCC issue. Info

3.13 TK mentioned position of new buildings are confirmed but Info

dimension may have minor changes.

3.14 TK & ESP advised, blasting & burning pad and pond which is Info
not in our boundary to be take out from submission layout.

3.2 ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT

3.21 UCSB informed TOR will be submitted to DOE in two weeks UCSB
time (18th Nov 2019). UCSB require site plan from SAHA and
slope analysis from BCE for the submission.

3.22 UCSB mentioned 2 boreholes will be set as permanent for Info

ground water monitoring well. Additional cost for the standpipe
has emailed to BCE.
3.23 UCSB to maintain existing design of WWTP. UCSB

3.3 ARCHITECT

3.31 SAHA updated there are 17 buildings in total to pass to all SAHA 15th Nov 2019
consultants by tomorrow.

3.32 SAHA to prepare submission drawing and liaise with ESP SAHA
based on local Authorities requirements.
3.33 TK to confirm soonest possible for fencing demarcation and TK

 specifications to SAHA.

3.34 SAHA to complete site plan and GFA and to submit to ESP for SAHA
parking requirements by MP Bentong. TK need 20 space for
lorry, 30 cars and 100 motorcycles.

3.35 TK to advise covered pedestrian walkway to SAHA to include in TK

site plan.

3.4 C&S CONSULTANT

3.41 BCE to provide layout for “persimpangan jalan masuk” to SAHA BCE
by tomorrow.
3.42 BCE advised to use portal frame design for warehouse to BCE
minimize total number of column.

3.43 BCE to submit Earthwork Package 1 drawing to TK for review. BCE

3.5 M&E CONSULTANT

3.51 HSK to provide suction tank and pump house(booster pump) HSK
location.
3.52 TK to provide load requirements to HSK and loading of each TK
equipment to BCE for design purpose.

3.6 QS CONSULTANT

3.61 HRM to liaise with TK on the demolition and relocation works as HRM
per checklist given.
3.62 TK requested specification of Earthwork and Building works. HRM
3.63 HRM to provide cost comparison of covered and uncovered HRM
walkway to TK.

4.0 OTHER MATTERS

4.1 BCE to revise the work programme and amend the task and duration BCE
in details accordingly. All consultants to give their comments on the
project schedule.

5.0 ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING

5.1 The next meeting is tentatively on Thursday 21st Nov 2019 at 3.00 Info
