SUBJECT : Deliverables while on leave for the program and project

This refers to my approved planned leave for 2019. As to IPRAP Program which is
already on target, I already talked to IPRAP team that all incoming documents will be
screened by each of them and will be acted based on their existing work package. However,
for matters needing my advice or clearance, I told them that they can access me thru my
cellphone or messenger. Please see attached accomplishment of IPRAP as of August 2019
and IPRAP work package.

For FTO, similarly we have already this work package for FTO. Thus, all incoming
request for FTO will be acted upon based on the distribution of work. Considering that we
have just devised the FTO request form, our team can make use of this for the effective
implementation and processing of the request. Meanwhile we are now communicating with
some SUCs for FTO. Please see attached accomplishment of FTO and status as of August
2019 including FTO work package.
