ABSTRACT

The study was conducted to determine the level of parents

satisfaction on the Students’ Savers Club of Cantilan Bank, Inc.

Taken into action were to determine the level of

satisfaction as to the services, benefits, and the problems

encountered by the members and clients of the Students’ Savers

Club of Cantilan Bank, Inc.

Descriptive method of research was used. Respondents

answered the validated researchers-made questionnaire in

measuring or qualifying the percentage, weighted mean and pearson

moment correlation. The thirty (30) respondents were composed of

the parents of Students’ Savers Club’s members.

Findings of the study revealed that the highest rank in the

problems encountered by the Students’ Savers Club is the lack of

knowledge or capability in the service of the Students’ Savers

Club. Meanwhile, parents are not properly oriented and lack of

acceptance of members in the club rated as not serious.

While the level of satisfaction in terms of services showed

that the highest rank is protection of deposits. Meanwhile, all

other indicators rated as more satisfied.

With multiple responses that the highest rank was giving

free of assorted freebies. Meanwhile, in the lowest rank was the

sponsored summer workshops in literary, music and arts.

Based on the findings and conclusions of the study the

researchers would like to recommend the publication of the

Students’ Savers Club of Cantilan Bank, Inc. throughout the

people who does not have saving account.

First and foremost praise to the almighty God who were

always been there to guide our paths and decisions throughout our

journey for this research study.

We would like to acknowledge Dr. Benjamen C. Quiñonez, Sr.

for guiding us, helping us and giving us knowledge to complete

our research study. We thank him for motivating us and giving us

support in order to finish our study intelligently. It was a

strenuous challenge for us nevertheless he’s there to uplift our

spirit.

We would also like to acknowledge the presence of the

panellists during our successful oral defense. Thank you

panellists for the suggestion and recommendations to improve our

research study.

To our dear parents, we give our sincere gratitude for

supporting us from the very beginning. They gave us love, care

and supports us financially. Without their help, we might not

finish our research study.

Bank, Inc. – Main Branch, Mrs. Ruth T. Quiñonez. Thank you for

giving us your great efforts and supports. Thank you so much for

helping us to formulate some partial questions and gave us

answers. We are glad to have you.

Lastly, we would like to acknowledge the management of the

Cantilan Bank, Inc. for letting us to study their savings

program, which is the Student Savers Club. Thank you for

accommodating us and giving us advices on how are we going to

conduct our survey. May you help us in the near future. And we

will be glad if our recommendations will be apply to the Student

Savers Club.
