(a) Create a database of records each for publisher’s, suppliers and binders with the
following fields. Provide meaningful data on your own.
Administration> Vendor Management>Create New Vendor (Fill the details of vendors, suppliers,
binders)
2nd Way: Administration> Serial Master
Administrator>Vendor Report
Acquisition>Suggestion>
Acquisition>Suggestion> Request
Acquisition>Suggestion> Select for Approval (Select the item displayed and save)
Acquisition>Suggestion> Approval Process (Select the item displayed and click on approve and
save)
Acquisition>Orders>New Order
Acquisition>Orders>New Order>Add Item > (Select the item displayed and save)
Acquisition>Orders>New Order (Click on the save and Make note the order number and
vendor to whom placed the order)
Acquisition>Accessing>Receive Order (The select the supplier/vendor, select the item and click
on the receive)
Catalogue>Title in Process (Select the item dimpled and click on the circulation)
OPAC> Simple Search (Select the Subject and Search)
Catalogue> Reports>Spine Label (You need to select the types of labels, fields to be displayed)
