Task I. Match the following words with their correct definitions:

Task II. Now complete the following text:

I completely messed up the presentation yesterday. After presenting the first few Slides 1 , the
OHP 2 stopped working so I had to redraw the sales graphs. Everything went smoothly for a
while but then the Flip Chart3 ran out of paper! We went into the second conference
room, which had a large WhiteBoard4 . So I continued the presentation, using a Pointer5 to
draw attention to the graphs that I had carefully drawn. But then the Marker6 ran out of ink!
Luckily, there was a photocopy machine in the room, so I made a copy of the material, and
distributed the Handouts7 to everyone. I managed the rest of the presentation fine, I
suppose. However, I would like to know who was responsible for organizing the Visual Aids8 in
our company!
