AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT
I, CIRILO SABAWAY, senior citizen, Filipino, and resident of OD498 Banig, Tawang,
La Trinidad, Benguet, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby and dispose
and state THAT:

1. I am the declared and actual possessor a certain parcel of land located in our
residence as mentioned above;

2. That my daughter, Marcela Sabaway, decided to build and construct their house on
the portion of my said lot, beside our residential house;

3. Happy with her decision, I may now voluntarily give my willingness and consent to
allow my said daughter to build and construct their house over the said lot;

4. In this regard, I am executing this Affidavit in compliance with the requirements for
the application of building permit with the concerned office/s.

5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for all
legal intents and purposes this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 29th day of August 2017 at La
