Management

Details of Marriage
 Married to wife (W), Li Hanna
 NRIC No: S7727724B, Malaysian (Singapore PR – living in Singapore since university)
 Occupation: Pop singer/celebrity
 Educational level: Graduate from Temasek University (Bachelors in music and
theatre studies)
 Marriage Certificate in file
 First marriage for both parties

Statement of Client
 Met her right after uni when we were both struggling musicians and jamming in our
band “Imagine Unicorns”. When I saw her face, it was love at first sight. Her eyes
make the stars look like they're not shining and her hair falls perfectly without her
trying. She was so beautiful.
 She was poor, I was broke but I loved her just the way she was. I wrote songs and
she sang them. We made beautiful melodies together. We even had a hit song,
“Shine bright like a jewel”.
 It was a beautiful day in August 2002 and I was looking for something dumb to do. I
thot that I wanted to marry her. I proposed and she agreed. We registered with the
ROM and got married on 10.10.2002 at ROM.
 We got our HDB flat in 2003 in Bedok. And in 2004 we welcomed our first child,
Martina. Our second child, Matthew, was born in 2007.

2
ITS WHY LLC
FILE NOTE
Page 2
 In the last 2 years, our marriage suffered due to her success. You would have heard
her recent hit songs “Parasol”, “Slay (I want you to slay)”, “Only Boy in the world”
and “FourFive minutes” all co-written by me. She has also received numerous
endorsements and is starring in a local movie called “Milo Milo”.
 All her success has gone to her head. Suddenly she is too hot for a down and out
songwriter like me. Since the beginning of this year, she has not been coming home
on many occasions. It is common for her to come home only two or three times a
week. And often, she returns home late at night. We hardly talk at all now.
 She gets to go to balls and parties and does not want to be seen with me in those
functions. Last year when I saw her at a press party, she pretended not to know me
and ignored me through the whole session.
 At the recent Temasek Music Awards in October, she was seen with another A-list
singer, Ed Shee Han on the red carpet. Hugging closely. She also told the media that
she was separated from me (NOT TRUE!). Hurt me deeply.
 For SG54 Concert in August, she performed with Robin Thin and twerked him, then
pretended on stage to lick his unmentionables. I was disgusted. Totally
inappropriate for a national day event!
 In June, I found that she had bought a new condo in Sentosa Cave which I
understand costs at least $2M. She didn’t tell me anything about this. I found out
accidentally when I saw a document with a title of “Land Titles Act Transfer” with
her name under “Transferee”. I wanted to ask her about it but she snatched it away
from me berating “don’t be so bl**dy kaypoh!”
 Whenever she is home, she would spend most of her time sleeping or with the
children. She totally ignores me and makes me feel transparent. The children love
her. But are sad cos they don’t know when she will be there. She has broken many
promises to bring them on holidays, to the park, zoo, have fun, etc. I think children
are hurt but afraid to say anything.
 She often said that she wants the children to have good life. I think she wants to
divorce me and take the children away from me.
 I am now taking care of kids. I work from home so that I can be there for them when
they get home. But when I have gigs, I cant. So now, I reject many gigs to work part
time as a music co-ordinator/executive so that I can spend more time with kids.
From time to time, I still play a gig or two, but very rare.
 As a music co-ordinator/executive, I write and arrange music for events. I also
arrange for musicians to play or record the music for events, if needed. The pay is
not great. I still prefer to write music to express my creativity and not for
commercial events. These cheapen my music. But I have to sacrifice because she
refuse.

3
ITS WHY LLC
FILE NOTE
Page 3
 I still get royalties from time to time when my music is recorded or performed.
COMPASS sends a cheque to me every quarter – usually cheque is about $150-$250.
 Last weekend, she packed some stuff and said that she is leaving me. This is not first
time. She did it before twice (last time in Christmas 2016) but always return when
she needs something from me. Last time she returned cos she wanted me to help
her re-write a song.
 She must earn a million bucks but doesn’t spend on family. Only herself.
 I still love her and consider her my treasure, my white gold, Michelle Pfeiffer. I
would take a grenade for her. But she does not care for me anymore. I can only kick
up my feet and stare at the fan …. and reminisce when I was her man.

My assets
