CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and executed by and between ARTEMIO G.

PLATA, ROSARIO V. PLATA, NOEL DE JESUS and PAMELA DE JESUS, all
of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Mahabang Parang, Batangas City,
hereinafter known as THE FIRST PARTY, and SILVER PEAK GROUP OF
COMPANIES CORPORATION, with address at Silver Uno Building, Joseling
Road, Pallocan West, Batangas City, represented by its Chief Executive
Officer, PAULINE P. BONDAD of legal age, married, and a resident of G.C.
Berberabe Subd., Pallocan West, Batangas City, hereinafter known as THE
SECOND PARTY, witnesseth:

1. That the FIRST PARTY hereby offers to sell and the SECOND PARTY
hereby agrees to buy a portion covering ONE THOUSAND (1,000)
SQUARE METERS of the FIRST PARTY’S real property covered by
TAX DECLARATION NO. 0037-01967 for the sum of FOUR
THOUSAND PESOS per square meter or a total amount of FOUR
MILLION PESOS (Php4,000,000.00);

2. That the PARTIES hereby agree that the full purchase price shall be
payable within a period of two (2) months from January 30, 2019,
or up to March 30, 2019;

3. That the FIRST PARTY shall execute a Absolute Deed of Sale upon
payment by the SECOND PARTY of the purchase price;

4. This offer to purchase is made on the representation and warranty of

the sellers that they hold a good standing registered title on the
property.

5. It is understood that all expenses related to the transfer of the

registration of the property sold shall be borne by the
BUYER/SECOND PARTY.

6. This CONTRACT TO SELL shall be valid until March 30, 2019, and if
accepted and approved within the time limit, we (SELLER & BUYER)
agree to comply with our obligations.
