MARKING MACHINE (E9-P123)

1) Power supply should be 230 volts (single phase ac, with an

Earthen of less than 2 volts).

2) Total number of products marked by machine should be less

than 600 parts per day (as the marking characters are more
than 1.15).

3) Need to give rest to the machine after running continuously

for an hour (avoid continuous running of the machine).

4) Maintain the minimum gap between pin & part (i.e. 75% of
the depth mentioned in the program).

5) Stylus assembly should be cleaned after every 2-3 hours of

running (after checking the movement of the stylus pin,
cleaner to be used –WD-40).

6) Need to run machine on average speed & not more than that.

7) Avoid vibration during machine during its operation.

8) Robotic cable should not be touching ground or floor while
