Class Procedure and Guidelines

To help you journey through the course or module, and to ensure that you will get the
most of your Flexible/Online/Module Learning, the following procedure shall be observed:

Step 1. Access your Tagoloan Community College LMS.

To join your Flexible/Online/Module class, access the TCC LMS or Google Classroom,
using your gmail account which you have registered during enrolment.
Step 2. Download materials.
When you have accessed your TCC LMS or Google Classroom, download module or
watch video instruction about the course or module. Download also all Hand-outs/Fact Sheets,
including assignment or performance task/s.
Step 3. Read materials/Do your Assignment or Performance Task/s.
After you have downloaded the module/s and reading/reference materials (Fact
Sheets/Hand-outs), take time to read all assigned topic/s.
Step 4. Expert Group Sharing/Discussion.
After reading your assigned materials, proceed to your Expert Groupings and
share/discuss your understanding about the topic/s. The sharing/discussion shall be facilitated
by the Expert Group Leader. All members should be given equal opportunity to share/discuss.
The minutes of sharing/discussion should be submitted through our TCC LMS or Google
Classroom by the Expert Group secretary, which should be attested/signed by the Expert Group
leader, and should include pictures/screened-shot of sharing/discussion.
Step 5. Learning Group Sharing/Discussion.
After submitting the minutes of your Expert Group discussion, proceed to your Learning
Group (LG) and present what you have discussed in your EG sharing. The Learning Group
secretary will likewise submit the minutes of the LG discussion and sharing through our TCC
LMS or Google Classroom.
Step 6. Consult with the teacher-facilitator.
The next step in your journey is your consultation with your teacher-facilitator. If there
are things you would like to be clarified with, regarding your reading/s and/or assignment,
please feel free to chat or message your teacher-facilitator using your TCC LMS or Google
Classroom.
Step 7. Take a quiz
After your Expert and Learning Group discussion and after consulting with your teacher-
facilitator, the next step in your module journey is an online quiz, which you will take using
Google Form. This is to assess the level of your understanding about the lesson or topic/s.
Step 8. Submit Assignment, Performance Task/s and Reflection Paper.
Before proceeding to the next module, submit all performance task/s or assignments,
including your Reflection paper, through the TCC LMS or Google Classroom.
Step 9. Proceed to the next module.
After submitting all requirement for the module, you are now ready for the next
module. Congratulations!
