Dear Sir,

Please refer your RTI application dated November 23, 2011 enclosing IPO
of Rs.10/- (No. 02F 169083) seeking information under RTI Act, 2005, received
by the office of CPIO, SIDBI on November 28, 2011. Subsequently, vide letter
dated December 09, 2011 you have withdrawn the above RTI application. In view
of your letter dated December 09, 2011, we are not taking cognizance of your
application dated November 23, 2011 and the matter stand closed at our end
and, therefore, the above IPO is returned herewith.
