AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, FORTUNE MAE C. CORDOVA, of legal age, Filipino, and a

resident of the Talisay City, Negros Occidental, after having been sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

I am the counsel for the defendant in the foregoing case and with ad-
dress at the 2nd Floor Stonehill Suites, San Agustin Drive Cor. 18th St.,
Bacolod City.

On July 15, 2020, I served one (1) copy of the Manifestation and
Motion to Allow conduct of July 29, 2020 hearing via Videoconference
entitled, “Bank of the Philippine Islands v. Spouses Jonah B. Arucan et. al”
in Civil Case No. 108835 by electronic mail in accordance with the 1997
