This is in reference to the position of Management Trainee Officer that was advertised by Lanka Bangla
Finance limited. My name is Ainul Khadem and I am writing to express my interest in this position. I am
confident that given my prior experience as Both finance and business development intern, I have
necessary skill, experience and passion for this job and I can add significant value to the LankaBangla
Finance team.
Its’s obvious that you are looking for a candidate who can work with the dynamic work environment of
LankaBangla Finance and have the necessary skill to perform important task given by the managers as
well as have proper leadership quality. Even though I am a fresher I have a vast experience as I have
worked part-time for 1.5 years in different work fields and gained professional experience. I have worked
as a communication manager in a growing E-sports Team named Aurora Knights. I Managed the players
and ensured the communication are aligned with the company strategies and sponsors. After that I joined
Exploit, an immensely thriving digital tourism company, as a finance intern, where I gather important
knowledge about different financial activity that a company had to undergo. I have handled auditing and
prepared statement. This has strengthened my theoretical knowledge and shaped my practical knowledge.
As a compulsory Internship from the university I have worked at ShopUP Bangladesh, where I have
worked as a business development executive. Where I learned different research method and how
different teams of a company works as whole.
At this part of my career, I am ready and looking forward to a more challenging opportunity with a
multinational finance-based company where I can work with a high performing team and execute different
task with succession. , I developed proven analytical, teamwork & multitasking skills, which I hope to
leverage into the “Management Trainee Officer” role at your company. Besides, I have solid command
in modern office software which is an added advantage to this position.
