Title: “Doctrine of the free exercise and non-establishment


clauses relating to religion in the Constitution”

Thesis Statement: The doctrines of free exercise and non-

establishment clauses which are enshrined in the

Constitution, specifically the provisions catering the

inviolable separation of Church and State that tends to

inhibit any possible encumbrance within the internal

regulations and functions of the church.
