I. Parfait (Imperative)

Based on the picture below and some of the ingredients on the right, write a 10 step recipe
for this dessert. You don’t have to use all of the ingredients but try to use as many as you
can. Make sure your recipe is written in imperative mood and that you use different verbs
throughout.

banana sugar

strawberries syrup

blueberries oats

yogurt nuts

eggs seeds

cream dried fruits


 First pick a glass
 Put 2 table spoons of yogurt
 Next put a punch of the oats, the nuts, dried fruits and the seeds
 Add the fruits (banana, strawberries, blueberries)
 Repeat the same steps
 For decorating place some cream and a pinch of syrup
 And for decorating the plate cook an scrambled egg and place it in the plate

Using vocabulary relevant to directions and imperative mood, write a 10 step guide on how
to arrive from your home to school. You can use a different location from your house but
please specify your starting point.

III. Description (Adjectives)

Choose a noun you would like to describe (person, place, thing, animal or idea). Draw a
mind map for that noun with at least 10 adjectives that you can assign to that noun. Write a
descriptive text using as many adjectives as you can (opinion, size, appearance, speed,
shape, colour, origin, material, purpose, etc.). Don’t forget to use the correct adjective order
in your text. Highlight the adjectives in your text.
