You can get this information from Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, polls, surveys, interviews, research on forums, or any other source that you might have available to you it's important that you build out your avatar as detailed as possible to really bring them to life After you've filled out the four quadrants in the empathy map, you'll look at your customers in a whole new way.
