03 January 2020 but the mediation failed;
2.) That the Punong Baranggay set the meeting of the parties for the construction of the Pangkat on
the same day of confrontation;
3.) That despite the proceeding before the Pangkat dated 04 January 2020, the respondent willfully
failed or refused to appear without justifiable reason therefrom;
4.) That since, the parties failed to settle the matters herein, the corresponding complaint for the
dispute may now be filed in the appropriate court or respective government office.
