Disappointing Disneyland
I am a Disney fan. I was looking forward to my return to visit Hong Kong Disneyland. However, this time
I was really disappointed. A big area of the park was under construction and there were no fireworks. I
also found that three quarters of the food outlets were closed. The rides were not really fun. Overall a very
disappointing and expensive experience. Would not recommend or do this again.

Alan has been finding it difficult to sleep nowadays. He tries to go to bed early but can’t seem to fall

an infographic and an article.

Every living thing needs sleep to survive. Even your dog or cat curls up for naps. Animals sleep for
the same reason you do - to give your body a tiny vacation.
When your body doesn't have enough hours to rest, you may feel tired or moody, or you may be
unable to think clearly. You might find it difficult following directions, or you might have an
argument with a friend over something that is really not important. Even a homework that's normally
easy may feel impossible.
One more reason to get enough sleep: If you don't, you may not grow as well. Researchers believe
too little sleep can affect growth and immune system - which keeps you from getting sick.

Once upon a time there was a little prince. He was used to having everything he wanted. He
was so spoilt that he wouldn’t let anybody have a new toy if he didn’t have it first. If any child in the
land wanted a new toy, they had to buy two and give one to the prince.
One day a mysterious toymaker, who invented the most wonderful toys, came to the land. The
prince liked his toys so much that he wanted the toymaker to make him new toys every day. The
toymaker set just one condition:
“My toys are very special and need an owner who will play with them. Will you be able to spend
a little time to the toys every day?” The prince said yes immediately without thinking.
From then on, every morning the prince received new toys. He was very happy. His toy
collection kept growing. After a few weeks, there were simply too many toys for the prince to play
with. The prince tried putting a few toys to one side, hoping that the toymaker wouldn’t notice. But
that night before he was ready to go to bed, the toys that he had put away lined up in front of him.
They demanded their daily playtime. The little prince couldn’t sleep until after midnight because he
had to play with every single toy.
Next day, feeling very tired, the prince woke up late. There were already new toys he had to
play with. Once again, he finished very late and was so tired he could not stop yawning. In the end,
the prince was so exhausted and sleepy he could not enjoy himself playing.
One day, as the prince was looking out the window, he saw some children playing with a stone
next to the castle. “Hmmmm, I have an idea!” he said, and called the children. The children came,
but they felt worried. They were wondering whether the prince would force them to hand over their
stone, just as he had done so many times before with other toys. But the prince didn’t want the stone.
Surprisingly, he only wanted them to play with him and share his toys. When they had finished
playing, the prince let them take home the toys they liked the most.
The idea had worked. The prince could enjoy himself without having too many toys to play
with. Even better, he had new friends. From then on, he did the same thing every day and invited
more children to the castle to share his toys. When it was time for the toymaker to leave, all the
fantastic toys had been shared out. The palace had also turned into the best playroom in the kingdom.

The girls enjoyed the story so much that they asked Anna to read them another story.
There were two brothers who received a piece of land after their father passed away. The two
brothers divided the land in half and each one farmed his section. After some time, the older brother
got married and had six children.
One night, the younger brother could not sleep and kept thinking. “It’s not fair that each of us
has half the land to farm. My brother has six children to feed and I have none. He should have more
wheat than I do.” He then went to his barn, took a large bundle of wheat and put it on his cart. He
pulled the cart over the hill that separated the two farms and put it at his brother’s farm. Leaving the
wheat for his brother, the younger brother returned home. He felt satisfied that he had helped his
brother.
Earlier that same night, the older brother was also lying awake. “It’s not fair that each of us
has half the land to farm,” he thought. “In my old age, my children will take care of my wife and I. My
brother will probably have no one. He should at least sell more wheat from the fields now so that he
can provide for himself when he gets older.” So that night too, he secretly collected a large bundle of
wheat, pulled his cart to his brother’s farm and left it in his barn. When he returned home, he was glad
that he managed to help his brother.
The next morning, both the brothers were surprised to see the amount of wheat in their barns
unchanged. “I must have not taken as much as wheat as I thought,” each one of them said, “Tonight
I’ll take more and give them to my brother.” That night, each brother again took a large amount of
wheat from their own barns and secretly delivered it to their brother. Again, the next morning the
brothers were puzzled and confused.
“How can I be mistaken?” each one of them scratched their heads. “There is still the same
amount of wheat in my barn. This is impossible. Tonight, I’ll make no mistake – I’ll take everything
down to the very last.”
The third night, more determined than ever, each brother gathered a large pile of wheat from
their barns, loaded it onto the carts, and slowly pulled the carts to go to each other’s brother’s barn.
At the top of the hill, under the shadow of the moon, each brother noticed a figure in the distance.
When they recognised it was actually the other brother, they realised what had happened. Without a
word, they dropped their carts and hugged each other.
