God is described as a refuge, strength, and present help for those in trouble according to Psalm 46:1. This verse resonates with the author because whenever they feel helpless or are in trouble, God is always there for them, even at their worst moments, as God sacrificed himself to cleanse people of their sins and will never leave them.

GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH, A VERY PRESENT HELP IN
TROUBLE. -PSALM 46:1
This verse is very related in my life because whenever I’m in trouble or I
feel helpless He’s always there. He’s always there for you even at your worst. He will never leave you because from the very beginning He already sacrificed Himself to clean our sins.
