SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

I, TOMAS C. de JESUS, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Happy Homes,
Ambago, , Butuan City, Philippines do hereby name, appoint and constitute my son, THOMAS de
JESUS, who is of legal age and a resident of Libertad, Butuan City and by these presents have named,
appointed and constituted him as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to do and perform the
following:

1. To cause the registration of the Deed of Absolute Sale (covering Lot 2571-C, Psd-100202-
019760 containing an area of 6,000 sq. meters situated in Bancasi, Butuan City, embraced by
Transfer Certificate of title no. 157-RT-27589) dated September 2, 2015 executed between me
and ANATOLIA LAGURA BUCAO, sole heir of the late spouses Anecito and Bebiana Demata
(registered owners of the aforesaid land) notarized by Atty. Jose B. Guibone and entered in his
notarial registry as doc. 777; Page 186; Book no. 7 series of 2015;

2. To cause the transfer of the Certificate of Title/ Tax declaration of Lot 2571-C, Psd-100202-
019760 to my name;

3. To transact with, secure and receive from, any agency , entity or person, the required documents
in relation thereto, including the resultant owner’s duplicate copy of the Transfer Certificate of
title ;

4. To sign any slip, document or paper in relation thereto;

5. Generally, to do and perform any and every act of thing, which may be requisite, necessary or
proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
