SemiOfficial Discord Jazz Band Help Sheet

Hello everyone, This is a sheet to help you know what we need you to do to help us have an easier time editing all the parts
and have a better quality product in the end. Please read this to the end so no problems occur. :)
There will be two submission links for the two projects. One link is for Chameleon by Herbie Hancock and the other link
is for It Had Better Be Tonight by Henri Mancini.
Those links will be in the Discord server at some point, if not already in the #announcements channel.
When recording, Please record audio and video separately to make it easier on the audio and video editors. Though if it
is all in one, it will still be accepted and used.
Use whatever is easiest for you to use to record the audio and video, Whether it be Audacity and a phone or something
professional, it all will be used and is greatly appreciated for.
Please try your best to improvise a solo(If your part contains a solo) at the solo part, Though not every solo will be used
and we do apologize for that but if we did that, It would be too long.
The Audio Tracks are preferred to be formatted in MP3 or WAV.
The Video Tracks are preferred to be formatted in MP4 or MOV.
Please when you upload the file, have the name of the file look like this
{Discord_user_name_or_preferred_credited_name}-{Instrument}{part}.mp3
Example would be like George_Samarilo-Bass1.mp3
The submission links will be Dropbox so no one will have access to the recordings you send in except for the
Audio and Video Editors.

The final product will be uploaded to YouTube.
