NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK CONDUCTED IN PETROMOC – BEIRA TERMINAL – OFF LOADING
GANTRY
Sub-Section No: OFF LOADING Sub-Section Title: OFF LOADING GANTRY
The Managing Contractor advises that the above OFF LOADING GANTRY conforms in all respects to the AFC drawings and
specifications and is considered to have met the conditions for "Acceptance of Completion". The work includes, as applicable:

- Installation of Off Loading Pumps

- Installation of Valves
- Corrosion Protection
- Commissioning of both Off loading Pumps

1. The system was not pressure tested due to modifications done to suit.
2. 2 off Off loading PUMPS have been connected to existing PETROMOC Electrical system and tested in line with
Manufacturers requirements
3. 100% NDT was done on all modifications to line which is in line with ASME B31.3
4. Both Export Pumps have been Laser Aligned as per ASME Standard Code requirements

All Category 1 punch items have been signed-off;

Hand marked-up, as-built drawings will be provided;
All construction - related documentation has been provided, as per project procedures;
All engineering - related documentation has been provided, as per project procedures.

ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION (AC) OF WORK CONDUCTED IN PETROMOC – BEIRA TERMINAL – OFF

LOADING GANTRY
PETROMOC confirms acceptance of the above was completed and both OFF LOADING pumps have been commissioned in the
presence of NCI.

NCI – confirms that they will only be held liable for modification of line up until the TIE-IN. This existing line was
previously utilized by PETROMOC and still remains their responsibility.
