Research Instruments

A descriptive online survey questionnaire will be utilized in this research study. An

online survey questionnaire optimizing the ‘google forms’ platform will be used in
collecting the intergenerational data needed. The data will be collected in an electronic
communication environment such as social media applications (e.g. Facebook, Twitter
and Instagram) and Email accounts where there will be an introductory letter and
invitation sent to the potential respondents with a Uniform Resource Locator (URL)
hyperlink to the web-based survey questionnaire (‘google forms'). The survey question
format will utilize ‘radio button format’, where participant can easily select one option
from a list; ‘checkboxes’, where a participant may select multiple options from a list.
