PHASE 4
INTEGRATED CHANGE CONTROL 10/10/20 Everyone Each group will proceed to managing the compulsory and
the chosen optional scenarios by carrying out the necessary
documentation based on the management plans and
updating any documentation that may be affected. The
evidences of the approved changes will very probably mean
several baseline modifications, and it must be clearly
documented the new status change approval.

PHASE 5
FINAL PROJECT DELIVERY AND CLOSURE 15/10/20 Each group will develop a single final document in PDF that
includes all the documentation delivered in the subject. It
will include all contracts and project closure documents and
lessons learned completed.
FINAL PROJECT REPORT 26/10/20 Everyone Each group will deliver a final performance report that must
serve as executive summary of the project development.

PHASE 6
FINAL PRESENTATION 09/11/20 Everyone Each group will perform a final presentation of the project in
Power point format using BB collaborate, involving all team
members and with a maximum time of 20 minutes.
