1) Inspection of machineries on 29/11/2010 from 10.00 A.M. to 3.30 P.M. at GREAVES COTTON LIMITED, F-62 & 63 Sipcot Industrial
Complex, Agro Equipment division, Petrol Engine Unit, Gummidipoondi and On 30/11/2010 from 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. at
GREVES COTTON LIMITED, Greaves Cotton Limited. Petrol Engines Unit, Thoraitakkam, PO Box No 892, Chennai -600096, Tamilnadu.
2) It is understand that bidders have physically inspected the machine available for sale & satisfied themselves about quality & quantity of the
same. No complaints of whatsoever nature will be entertained later.

3) Excise Duty (wherever applicable) VAT/ Sales Tax (wherever applicable) will be charged extra at the time of delivery of material. Under no
circumstances any further increase in any of the aforesaid Duties or Taxes shall be born by Greaves Cotton Limited, Any change in existing Duty/
Tax structure shall be born by the buyer. Income Tax (TCS) @ 1% as applicable is payable by the bidder as per Sec.206-C of the Income Tax
Act.
4) Sealed Offers are to be submitted to Mr. Krishnaswamy (Cell # 09448507105) Representative of Kisan Ramchandra
Auctioneers Pvt. Ltd, available at Branch Office 26/89, 2ND CROSS, AYAPPA GARDEN ADUGODI POST, BANGALORE on
06/12/2010 up to 12.00 noon along with D.D. towards EMD of 10% quoted value.
5) EMD 10% of the quoted value each to be paid by D.D. /P.O. only drawn in favour of GREAVES COTTON LIMITED, payable at Chennai (TN).
Tender will be rejected if required deposit amount is not paid by the purchaser.
6) After acceptance of offer, lifting is to be completed as per schedule fixed, failing which EMD amount will be forfeited.
7) All sales is on “As is where is no Complaint basis” & Area to be cleared basis.
8) Decision of Acceptance/ Rejection of the Tender will be taken by GREAVES COTTON LIMITED; and the said decision will be final and binding on
all Tenderer. No correspondence or representation on the decision will be entertained by GREAVES COTTON LIMITED; and Kisan Ramchandra

9) CST/BST & PAN is compulsory. Without these information offers will not be considered.
