Praise: The most overt way of rewarding employees is by praising them for the work they've done.
Meaningful praise shows your employees that you really care about them.
To give a very good job performance review is an example of praise.
To sing a lively hymn is an example of praise.

Awards: A paycheck isn't always enough - sometimes employees need more incentive to go the
extra mile for the company.
Example- Top Sales Performer, Promotions to leadership positions in the job
Flexibility: This is one of the best ways you can reward an employee who has gone above and
beyond their duties.
Example- if your company asks you to work overnight shifts after you have been working 9-5,
flexibility allows you to make the change smoothly.
