Methodology
3.1. Research Design
The researchers apply grounded theory and a phenomenology as a qualitative
research design in the study “The factors that influences Grade 12 backloaders in
World Citi Colleges”.
3.2. Context and Participants
The researchers’ target participants are 10-20 backloaders that are studying in
World Citi Colleges in Quezon City with age ranges from 16 to 20 . Both female and
male are qualified to answer the survey. The survey was conducted on backload
students in different section and strands on November 28, 2019 in World Citi Colleges

3.3. Instruments
The first instrument that we surely gonna use is a survey questionnaire.
Second is the interview if possible and if it’s needed for our study. And lastly, the data
analysis after distributing survey questionnaires to the respondents.
