Standard Reports in SAP Business One

Sales Analysis Report – A report that contains information about the sales volume in
three perspectives per customer, per item & per sales employee

Open Item List - This report allows you to view open sales and purchasing documents.

Missing Items
Back Order Report - This displays a list of overdue sales orders or A/R reserve invoices
that cannot be shipped due to stock shortages.
Customer Receivable Report - This report contains information about the number of
open receivables for a customer, as well as the age of each customer receivable. It
analyzes customer receivables owed to you by your customers. In this report, customer
receivables are sorted according to their age.
Purchase Analysis Report - A report that analyzes the volume purchases from three
perspectives per vendor, per item & per sales employee

Vendor Liabilities Aging - This report analyzes liabilities to your vendors. In this report,
vendor liabilities are sorted according to their age.

Business Partner Reports – This provides an overview of interactions with your business
partners.

My Activities – This shows all the activities assigned to you by yourself or by


other users
Dunning Summary History Report - Shows dunning letters and the invoices
included in them per customer.
Inactive Customers - Shows all customers who do not appear in any of the
selected sales documents
Accounting Reports
GL Accounts & Business Partners Balance Report - This report allows you to
produce a list of G/L accounts and/or business partners, dependent on the selection
criteria you define. The Selection Criteria window contains many parameters and
available ranges that you can use to produce a very detailed report, which closely
matches your company’s requirements.
General Ledger Report – This report displays your G/L Account Balances and
transactions at a given date.

Transaction Journal Report - This function enables you to generate a


transaction journal report by using the different types of transactions in SAP Business
One as the major selection criteria.

Balance Sheet - A report that shows the accumulated assets and liabilities of the
company up to that date (according to the accounting formula: Total Assets = Total
Liabilities + Equity).

Trial Balance –A summary of all the account balances at a given date.

Profit & Loss Statement – This displays the balance of all the Profit and Loss
G/L accounts
Cash Flow – This shows all of movements of money into and out of business
during an accounting period. This includes all receipts and payments of cash and is an
indication of company’s financial strength.
Comparison Reports
Balance Sheet Comparison - This report allows you to compare the balance
sheet reports of two companies, or two periods of the same company with the same chart
of accounts
Trial Balance Comparison - This report is used to compare the trial balances of
two different companies or two different posting periods.
Profit & Loss Statement Comparison - This report enables you to compare
profit and loss statements of two companies or two different periods.
Budget Reports
Budget Report - This report is used to analyze the business activities that took
place during a defined period with reference to a selected budget scenario.

Balance Sheet Budget Report - Generate this report to display a balance sheet
based on a selected budget scenario.

Trial Balance Budget Report - This report generates a trial balance based budget
report
Profit & Loss Budget Report - This function enables you to generate profit and
loss statement based on a selected budget scenario.
Sales Opportunities Reports
Opportunities Forecast Report – This report to generate a projection of the
future sales opportunities, based on the predicted dates
Opportunities Forecast Overtime Report - This report presents a forecast of the
open and closed opportunities grouped according to the selected time periods
Opportunities Statistics Report- This report is used to present the number of
open and completed opportunities
Opportunities Report - This provides a summary, in table format of the sales
opportunities.
Stage Analysis Report- This report provides an overview of the success rate of
the sales activities. It contains data of how many sales opportunities were concluded in a
specific stage, or for how long sales opportunities remained in each stage of the sales
process.
My Open Opportunities Report – This report has no selection criteria and
displays the closed sales opportunities per sales employee. Only the sales employee or
users who are linked to this sales employee can view the report.
My Closed Opportunities Report - This report displays the closed sales
opportunities per sales employee. Only the sales employee or users who are linked to this
sales employee can view the report.
Inventory Reports
Item List - This report generates a list of items, as defined in the Item List
Last Prices Report -This report displays the last purchasing and sales prices of
an item

Inactive Items - A list which shows all the items that do not appear in any of the
selected sales documents since the specified date.

Item Query - This function provides you with an overview of the most important
item data. This allows you to provide customers with information on the availability and
price of an item quickly and accurately.
Inventory Posting List – Here you can view the list of inventory postings for
each item or business partner or other criteria, depending on your selection.

Inventory Status – You can use this report to analyze the current inventory status
and to check the planned inventory transactions for a specific item
Inventory Warehouse Report - Use this report to analyze the detailed
inventories of one or more selected items in one or more warehouses
Inventory Audit Report - This report displays the total inventory value for the
items according to the selection criteria configured in the Inventory Audit Report-
Selection Criteria window.
Inventory Valuation Report – This valuates inventory on hand using a variety of
valuation methods, such as FIFO, LIFO, standard cost, moving average and last purchase
price, regardless of the actual valuation method used for transaction postings. It also
displays an overview of all items or each individual item in detail.
Serial Number Transactions Report - This report displays different serial
number transactions for the selected item number transactions
Batch number Transactions Report - This report displays different serial numb
Production Report
Bill of Material Report –This report displays the detailed list of all the Bill of
Materials that you have created
MRP
Order Recommendation Report - This report displays the list of all MRP
recommendations according to the defined selection criteria. It enables you to see which
items have to be purchased and which items have to be manufactured. It enables you to
automatically create production and purchase orders.
