leading computer during the 1980s?
Woz produced the first computer typewriter like keyboard and the ability to connect to a regular
TV as a screen.The computer was later christened the Apple one which was the archetype of every
modern computer.Job saw was his computer recognized its brilliance and sold his microbus to help
fund its production while Wozniak sold his HP calculator and together they founded Apple Inc. on the
1st April of 1976 alongside Ronald Wayne

B. Describe Steve Job’s management style during the early years of Apple. How did this affect the
company?
Jobs management style on the few years of Apple was established, he is very brilliant person
who always look for the detail of his product and making the Apple 1,2, and 3.This brings Apple
company to be a successful and world’s leading company during that years and also Apple became
the first one trillion dollar US company in history

C. Describe Job’s management style when he came back to Apple. How did this new management
style benefit Apple?
Steve took a few of Apple’s members with them to found the next that specialized in computers
for higher education and Business markets.Apple purchased Steve Jobs company, this would not only
bring Steve Jobs back to Apple’s management but next technology would become the foundation of
Mac OS X Operating system.Jobs also have a partnership with Microsoft to released the Microsoft
office.

D. What do you think influenced the changes in Steve Job’s management style?
Because of his determination on his dream and being passionate on his dream.He motivates him
self and takes charges and guide peoples that he took in making changes on his management style.
