LAC Session on ACTION PLANNING
ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

I. INTRODUCTION
An action plan is a detailed plan outlining actins needed to reach one
or more goals. Alternatively, businessdictionary.com defines action plan as a
“sequence of steps that must be taken or activities that must be performed
well, for a strategy to succeed”.
It plays a vital role in every program so that all the activities will be
accomplished successfully.

II. ACCOMPLISHMENT
Each coordinator has passed its Action Plan for School Year 2019-
2020.

III. PROBLEMS MET

There were no problems since all the teachers are knowledgeable
about action planning.

IV. RECOMMENDATION
Teachers should be monitored so that all the activities in the action
plan will carried out.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
I. INTRODUCTION
The Learning Resource Management and Development System
(LRMDS) has been developed in response to the findings of baseline
research conducted during STRIVE Phase I and II during 2007 and 2008 in
Divisions 6, 7 and 8 to identify the levels of access to quality learning
teaching resources by Divisions and schools.

A major objective of the system is to provide a technical basis for

assessing, acquiring, adapting, developing, producing and distributing quality
learning and teaching resource materials for students and instructional
support materials for teachers.

The main goal and purpose of the system is to contribute to the

improvement in the quality of and access to basic education and to develop,
support and strengthen education management and learning support systems
for improved access to quality basic education, within the national Basic
Education Sector Reform Agenda.

II. ACCOMPLISHMENT
The school already has 1 SIM in English and 1 SIM in Science. The
TOS and TQs have been quality assured using the Evaluation Tool given by
the Division LR Core Team.

III. PROBLEMS MET

Due to time constraints and teaching-related paper works, some of
teachers have not made a SIM in their area of specialization.

IV. RECOMMENDATION
Teachers should be given enough time to make their SIMs and
modules.
