EXPERIENCE
Intern ships
2015-2016: I worked at Gatsibo district, Kiramuruzi sector in Department of Accountant, the
activities I performed, recording the transactions into soft ware “SMART” FMIS , Filling the
accounting documents and register for those who need for payment . Where I was supposed for
collecting all those supporting document need for payment and then register them and filing
them into accountant books.

2016-2017: I shared part of my contribution as the executive secretary of the cell the main
duties and responsibilities include, Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning
appointments, board meetings, conferences etc., Attend meetings and keep minutes, Receive and
screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate, Handle and prioritize all outgoing or
incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), Make travel arrangements for
executives, Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure, Prepare invoices or
financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping .

2017-2018: Last but not least I Joined different academic schools and Colleges due to my
motivation Ilikely to beexemplary teacher and the standardized teacher in different teaching
materials in the schools, I take long term period as teacher for that I have ability and skills to
provide Knowledge to my students and to the all my fellowers. Lastly I Looked forward and
Seeking for the skills, knowledge and ability were my first focus and strengthening in different
subject materials and most understandable.

2018-2019: I further looked forward where also I took a part as specialist in Monetaring and
Evaluation the overall work done was most tremondously and target to archieve the goal, my
first duty as Monitoring and Evaluation specialist , I was responsible for designing and
implementing the MSE activities of the project manager in preparing Quarterly/Annual reports
on project activities on regular basis,developing and maintaining the MIS of the project and so
many others.The skills and experience gained will allow me to contribute to your company's
