The importance of the teaching and learning process and the aspects we
have to take into account for being succesful in it.

First of all to explain the importance of the teaching and learning process, we must
first discover what each one means. The learning process goes beyond acquiring
new knowledge and skills; it is not just about storing them, the learning process:

We can define it as the transformative process of taking in information that

—when internalized and mixed with what we have experienced—changes
what we know and builds on what we do. It’s based on input, process, and
reflection. It is what changes us.[ CITATION Con19 \l 2058 ]

Learning is achieved through teaching, the teaching process is the

arrangement of the environment within which students can interact and
study how to learn. The teaching-learning process aims at the transmission
of knowledge, the transmission of skills and the formation of attitudes,
values and behaviours.[CITATION Gan20 \l 2058 ]

The importance of these processes is that they form or transform the student,
making him a better student, a better professional, a better person.

The teaching and learning process must be oriented towards the student becoming
aware of the importance of their learning, and being able to make pertinent
decisions to efficiently carry out their learning activities.

In my role as a student I have been able to understand that to have a meaningful

learning not only my commitment is important, there are also several factors that
will make me obtain new knowledge but above all that I know how to use it.

The role of teachers is very important in the learning process because they are
facilitators of knowledge and their most important task is to accompany the
student's learning.
Other important factors in the teaching-learning process are the harmonious
relationship of respect between the teacher and the student,

We already know that there are many types of teachers and many types of
students, but I believe that a teacher who loves what he does, who shares
innovative teaching strategies, who goes beyond the routine is capable of teaching
better and will make his students want to of learning.

On the other hand the relationship that exists between students is also very
important and there are times when the more advanced classmates can sink or
help the less advanced classmates; we can help our classmates by indirectly
correcting them, encouraging them and not criticizing them.
