A) Why do you think that it is important and crucial to keep yourself fit even in
the old age?
It is important and crucial to keep ourselves fit whether what age we are at. Mainly
because it keeps our muscles and bones stronger. Staying active can help us to prolong our lives
and fight against diseases that may occur. Additionally, the chances of getting sick is lesser with
people who are physically fit. Keeping our body ‘fit’ has a lot of long-term life benefits such as
having a very strong physique that helps us prevent in encountering a lot of physical injuries, you
will learn that in keeping our body healthy - any supplements are not needed, as well as our
ability to concentrate will be enhance due to our determination to focus in our body goals.
C) Is it right to a student like you to do workout and eat unhealthy food for
fitness?
No, doing workouts will be put to waste if you still practice to eat unhealthy foods. As it
is believe that a proper maintaining of a healthy body needs to follow the 70 over 30 rule. Where
in the seventy percent takes account in what you eat. While the thirty percent takes place while
doing exercises. So if you eat unhealthy foods while doing workouts, your hard work for doing
physical activities will be nonsense since you are not following the appropriate rule. Instead of
having a healthy and physically fit body you can obtain a sickness due to eating unhealthy foods.
