    The PLEB shall have the power to hear and adjudicate all citizen's complaints formally filed with, or referred to it, against any uniformed member of the PNP, and, if warranted, impose the corresponding penalty. The PLEB shall meet regularly on a scheduled agreed upon by all members. The PLEB shall submit the disposition of any cases filed with, or referred to the Local Chief Executive as often as cases arise.
