 Change Quality in door hardware parts

 Lift as per agrees should make construction facilitates till 2nd floor initially, as we are constructing 2nd floor
from them itself the condition 2nd floor should be till 3rd floor. But now not providing this way (closed this
in 3rd floor) even lift providers suggested the same as what we are asking for.
 Delay in shutters handover / Outside of shutters work pending step down (started 2 days back)
 Painting (It started on 3rd Jul 2020)
 Change flooring marbles / granite wherever got damaged due to other works.
 Placing marbles on gate front side (slope) – Same like in the pic provided for gate designs
 Not placed the same design gate (like what we chosen) … Actual placed gate is different than the image
what they showed (size of bars & placing small ball type part btw bars etc…)
 Placing marble / granite for 2nd floor balcony (they have placed for all outer windows) – Not placing at the
balcony window instead if they place here it will follow the uniformity.
 Placing supportive / safety rod for the same 2nd floor balcony (same what they will place for steps & front
side balconies).
