Executive Summary
Problem
Whole world is suffering from CORONA pandemic and India also included in it but our
government has awaken early and instantly decided to Lockdown so with effect of that we
are controlled CORONA and still it’s been seen that cases rises gradually. So we Indians
have decided to stop this kind of spreading infections by sanitizing. Throughout any given
workday, everyone use their hands to write up a report, shake hands with a new client,
open doors and much more. All of these activities expose hands to harmful germs and
bacteria . Proper hand hygiene compliance can reduce spreading of virus and bacteria.
Wasing hands with soap bar are the best way to ensure hands are properly washed and rid
of germs; it isn’t always a viable option. However there is simple solution; Hand
Sanitizer. Sanitizer could seem like a more high-tech approach than a lowly bar of soap, and
sanitizers with very high ethanol content can act in a similar way to soap and interfere with
the lipid membrane. By placing hand sanitizer in strategic locations throughout the office,
and other high traffic areas, you can encourage employees to improve their hand hygiene
and make the office a healthier working environment.
Concept
This hand sanitizer machine uses infrared sensor to detect motion in its area of operation
(area in front of the spray holes). A pressurized container is placed into a slot in the hand
sanitizer; this container will contain sanitizing liquid inside it. Once a hand is placed in front
of the hole a motion sensor is activated sending an electric signal to the rest of the mechanism
activating the release trigger and a valve to release the pressurized containers contents.
This product differs from other products on the market in a number of ways:
1) There is no physical contact between the user and the product. The sanitizer detects a
hand and will release the spray upon detection. Thereby, eliminating physical
contamination by, cancelling out all physical interaction.
2) It is faster to clean your hands using this product as the product is designed to apply
the cleaning chemical to the hand.
3) Less time consuming because the need to rub your hands is eliminated.
