    DIARY DISPATCH CELL HISDU, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY HEALTHCARE

    Brief facts of the matter are that on the direction of Worthy Special Secretary Primary and
    Secondary Healthcare department a digital bar coded enabled diary dispatch cell was established in
    HISDU old reception area. Diary dispatch cell entertains applications pertaining to health employees
    regarding their leaves, transfer postings etc.

    A minor change was required to alter the old HISDU reception into diary and dispatch cell
    including Ceiling, Door adjustment, door tap replacement and name plate.

    These items/services were provided by M/S Faisal Traders, bill is annexure at flag A. It is
    verified that items were delivered by M/S Faisal Traders. Therefore, if agreed, bill amounting to Rs.
    14,454/- including 17 % G.S.T can be paid.
