    As in-charge of school properties safekeeping and monitoring, this office requests the
    School Property Custodian- Mr. Mark Ivan C. Cuasay, Asst. Property Custodian- Mr. Erwin
    Olave, and School Facilities Coordinator, Mr. Aljun D. De Chavez to provide stock cards for
    school properties and supplies inventory starting July 01, 2020.

    Mr. Cuasay will take charge for the school supplies, Mr. Olave for books and Mr. De
    Chavez for the school buildings of JHS and SHS departments.
