R&D Project Manager

Dear Mr Hallo
I am really excited that you are looking for a new RD manager.
This combines what I like and would be really interesting.

I have a strong knowledge in master and studies.

During this time, I acquired good knowledge in various areas such as network protocols, signal
processing, error-correcting codes and cryptography.

In the past 8 years, I have been working in customer projects for communication and monitoring in
Vastad. My responsibilities covered the full range of the wider portofolio.
Due to my flexibility and efficient teamwork, I have often been allocated to critical projects and
managed to deliver working solutions in short time frames.

While working in a variety of roles and projects, I have acquired

- Experience in situation solvein.
- strong skills in collaborating in global cross-functional teams.
- strong skills in budget including scope definition, planning, project budget, project team
lead, lead of complex team solving.

As a summary, I have experienced a large spectrum of project-lead responsibilities, and learned the
joy of successful problem solving in a working team.
