QHO316 –Business Issues in the Contemporary World

AE2 Group Presentation

Given the current situation with the university closed for face-to-face teaching, it
has been necessary to make some adjustments to assessment brief AE2
requirements.

In line with the learning outcomes of the validated unit descriptor, you will be
required to work as a small team (4 members ideally, 2 minimum) to produce a
presentation which will be used to present how interconnectedness as a major
globalisation theme works in today’s world economy and assess their impact on
international business environment, HOWEVER, you will not be required to give an
oral presentation.

Your presentation should at least cover the following areas:

a. The role of the internet and computing

b. Growth in consumer markets.

Your PowerPoint presentation will be converted into a Word document as follows;

 Add your notes that will accompany the slides
 Each member of the group must contribute to at least 1 slide with notes
 Group member initials should be added to the relevant slide(s)

The Word document of slides and notes should be submitted to the online
submission link by your group leader. In the absence of the oral presentation, the
notes must be sufficient enough to ensure that the assessment criteria met.

It is compulsory for all team members to contribute towards the creation of the
presentation slides and notes.

An example of AE2 final report (PowerPoint and notes converted to Word

document) is available on the SOL unit page.
