A. QUARRY – This is where the lime stone came from needed in cement
production.
B. CRUSHER – The lime stone comes from the quarry will be partially crush and
the crushed limestone will be stored In the limestone storage.
C. V.R.M (Vertical Roller Mill) – In this section the raw materials (limestone) are
crushed, pulverized and it transported to the homo silo by hot gas.
D. HOMO SILO – The crushed raw materials will go in the lower part of the homo
silo which is intended for storage. The mixture of raw materials will be blended
in the upper part of the homo silo through a pressurize system.
E. PREHEATER – After the raw materials is blended in homo silo, the raw
materials is fed at the top of preheater tower and passes through series of
cyclones in the tower. The raw material temperature reaches 700-degree C as
it leaves the preheater.
F. KILN – The raw materials will pass through the kiln and several process will
tales place. Sintering process, the raw materials is heated until the moisture is
removed and it becomes powder. Clinkerization process, the raw materials is
subjected to heat for about 1400-degree C, resulting in a liquid form dark grey
nodular material called clinker.
G. COOLER- the produce clinker will pass through the cooler to enhances the
silicate reactivity, to prevent damage of belt conveyor and minimize the clinker
temperature as it enters the ball mill.
H. CLINKER CRUSHER – the cooled clinker will be partially crush in this section
before it enters the ball mill.
I. FINISH MILL - Large rotating drum containing grinding media, normally steel
balls. As the drum rotates, the motion of the balls crushes the clinker. It
Consist of two chambers, different sizes of steel ball are used in two chamber.

J. PACK HOUSE - The finish product cement is transported to the tower silo in
the pack house and it is packed in the cement bags with the help of automatic
bag placer or the cement is loaded on trucks for bulk orders.
