SHORT TERM TENDER NOTICE FOR EXPORT OF SUGAR

1. Directorate of Sugar Dep’t of Food and public Distribution Govt. of India has vide its circular F. NO.
1(4)/2019-SP-1 dated 12/09/2019 & 16/09/2019 decided to allow all grades of sugar namely raw,
plantation white as well as refined under MAEQ (Maximum Admissible Export Quota) vide which (13,266
MT) quantity of sugar has been allotted to HPCL Biofuels Limited, Sugauli and Lauriya, East and West
Champaran, Bihar, Pin Code 845456 & 845453 respectively for export.

2. In this connection competitive e-bids are invited from experienced Export House/Merchandise,
Govt./Cooperative Institutions (In which State Govt./Central Govt. has/have invested share capital and
such institutions having valid Importer/Exporter code and experience of sugar export) to purchase the
allocated export quota of 13,266 MT of Sugar from HBL Sugar Mills and arrange its export as per above
mentioned notification under MAEQ and stipulated norms on the basis of ‘as is where it is basis’. The e-

3. Last date of application and registration is 23rd Dec 2019.Date of e-auction is 24th Dec 2019 11:00am
onwards.

4. Pre Bid Meeting will be conducted at NCDEX e Markets Limited, 1st Floor, Ackruti Corporate Park LBS
Road, Kanjur Marg (West), Mumbai - 400078 on Date 20.12.2019 from 1100 Hrs for addressing the
queries of the interested bidders.
