Tough Times Recommendations

1. Eat every 2-4 hours.


2. Eat at least 3 or more servings of fruits and/or veggies per day.
3. Drink at least 75 ounces or more of water each day.
4. Limit alcohol to 3 servings per week, or cut out completely.
5. Avoid sugar.
6. Sit down for each meal or snack. Eat on a nice plate. Avoid standing
or grazing.
7. Eat 1 serving of protein at each meal.
8. Move your body for at least 30 minutes a day.
