Order

Case called out before Lok Adalath 
Complainant/AEE present. Accused  No.1  and
2 are present. Application is filed U/Sec. 320(3) of
CrPC along with other materials. 
Perused the same. After perusing the materials
on records, it is seen that the parties have amicably
settled their dispute in the Lok Adalath. Consequently
the accused paid BBC amount of Rs.11,424/­ as well
as   compounding   amount   of   Rs.2000/­.   Therefore
matter is compromised and settled in the Lok Adalath
and this compromise is not outcome of any undue ,
influence, fraud, etc. Therefore the said compromise
is accepted. Hence I proceed to pass the following;
        Order
Case is settled before the LokAdalath. Hence
both   accused   are   hereby   acquitted   for   the   offences
against whom charge sheet has been filed. 
NBW issued against both the accused is hereby
recalled.   Property   if   any   is   to   be   returned   to   the
complainant. Hence case is closed
