o BE MECHANICAL with more than 1 year of Experience in Mechanical Projects &
Maintenance of Static Equipment’s of Oil/Gas and Chemical industries.
Professional experience:
o Working as a Site Engineer and Site Supervisor with UNITED ENGINEERS in BPCL
LPG Uran Terminal Maharashtra.
Time Period: September 2018 to December 2019
Key Responsibilities: -
o Supervision, monitoring and coordinating of all Shutdown activities which include
maintenance.
o Overhaul, servicing and inspection of Static Equipment’s.
o Supervision of scaffolding erection safe for use in Heaters, Columns, Vessels.
o Aware with permit procedure (Hot work & Cold work) lock out, vessel entry, excavation
permit etc.
o Final handover of shutdown activities and documents.
o Material arrangement as per site requirement.
o Deployment of manpower and resources requirement for the completion of job within the
time.
o Monitoring and surveillance for the status of spools erected, pipe supports according to
the approved drawings such as Isometric drawing.
o Maintaining all quality records and document for the submission of client.
o Clearance for releasing of Material from Stores as per the Isometric Drawing
Specifications.
o Coordinate for NDT activities.

o Involved in Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring & Control of given project.

o Conducting meeting with floor supervisor & foreman for smooth progress of Project.
o Coordinate with inspection department for carrying out inspection activities.

 o Preserving discipline according to safety rules on site.

o Monitoring Plan v/s actual performance of site.
o Acting as the technical source of information on a site for workers.

LTD in Mahape Navi Mumbai.

o Planning of Production schedule.
o Providing Technical Support to Manufacturing and Assembly functions to resolve issues
(if any) and co-ordination for Development and modification in Design.
o Design modification in sheet metal design of Larsen & Toubro Marine's , Raulimex

o Technical Inspection (Visual) of Enclosures and Panel before Powder Coating Process.
