Equipment

1. Pulse Oximeter- us in index finger, take reading for 1 minute.

2. Respirometer (to be used twice to thrice daily for 10 to 15 minutes)

3. Digital Thermometer
4. Sanitizer
5. Masks
6. Gloves

Medications (brand names may change)

S. No Medicine Timings
1 Tab Azithromycin 500mg 6 tabs, once daily for 6 days
2 Tab Dolo 650 mg 30 tabs, thrice to four times daily on needs basis for Fever
3 Tab Razo D 20 tabs, twice daily before breakfast & dinner for 10 days
4 Tab Deflazacort 6 mg 30 tabs, 2 tabs twice daily after food for 5 days, followed by
one tablet twice daily for 5 days
5 Tab Hifenac P 20 tabs, twice daily after food for High Fever (>100 F) or
Body Pains
6 Tab TUSQ / KOLQ (Cough/Cold) 15 tabs, thrice daily for 5 days
7 Syr Ascoril D 2 pcs, 10 ml thrice for Cough on Needs Basis
8 Tab Levocetrizine +Monteleukast 20 tabs, twice daily for 10 days
9 Tab Alpahamix BT (Multivitamin) 30 tabs, once daily for 1 month
10 Tab Limcee 1000mg (Vitamin C) 30 tabs, once daily for 1 month
11 Tab Vit D 60K  4 tabs, weekly once for 1 month
12 Tab Hydroxychloroquine 200 mg   10 tabs, twice daily after food for 5 days

Special Precautions for Medications:

 History of any drug allergy to the above to be noted

 Hydroxychloroquine to be avoided in those with QT prolongation
 Hifenac P/ Alternative Analgesics to be avoided in those with Gastric/Duodenal Ulcers
 Monitor Diabetic patients as Sugars may increase on treatment with Deflazacort
