For Private Affiliated Colleges:

As notified earlier that all the Final Examinations of Spring Semester 2020 of Private
Affiliated Institutions under Semester System of Govt. College University, Faisalabad will be
conducted “online” and schedule of the same has already been notified. To take all the
stakeholders on board, all the Heads of these Institutions are requested to set/arrange the
question papers (comprising of 50 MCQs) of all the courses offered at their Institution from
their course teachers and forward the same on the email address (ace1@gcuf.edu.pk).
The following instructions must be followed in letter and spirit during the process of setting
of question papers.
The last date for Submission of question papers of all semesters is September 30, 2020.
Please send all the question papers in a single folder and label the folder with college name.
To prepare the MCQs, use the template file provided by GCUF. Please do not use options
such as “both A & B”, “both B & C” etc. because answer sequence will be shuffled by the
software.
