    The concept of this building is a sustainable building.

    With a modern building design compared to other buildings with strong structures, because it uses
    wood as the main structure. has good and functional supporting facilities. where the view of the
    building that faces the river and has many openings so that it has better air circulation, maximizes
    lighting, the use of vertical gardens to add a natural impression and also the use of a wooden facade
    adds aesthetic value to the building.
