Test (Take a picture while doing
the activity)
Get your Body Mass Index(BMI)
Before you can do that, you need to
have/borrow a tape measure and
weighing scale.
Use a tape measure to get your
height (meters). And weighing
scale for your weight (Kilograms).
Compute the result using the
formula on page 9. Refer the result
in classification table. Write the
result in your notebook
