LETTER OF OFFER

Dear Avik,

Following our discussion today I feel you would be an excellent addition to our operations team.

I am pleased to make you an offer to join our team in Gurgaon Operations as Programs Coordinator –
Adult programs. The role requires taking on all tasks and implement quality systems to enable smooth
delivery of iDiscoveri’s programs – both on and offsite.

Program Coordinator role specifically involves the following: (Details in your JD as attached)

1. Logistic Planning: Ensuring appropriate Venue & Travel bookings.

2. Program Materials: Ensuring appropriate delivery of all program related materials outdoor/ indoor.
3. Liaison: With Outdoor Instructors and their allocation to our programs at a national level.

A critical aspect of this role is to work closely with facilitators, advocacy and outdoor instructor teams
and significantly raise the bar on quality and service levels.

This is a highly responsible position and a great opportunity to join a group of passionate and deeply
committed people. As discussed with you, we have substantial plans for expanding the scope and
nature of our work and there will be no dearth of opportunities on various fronts. The position is
currently based in Gurgaon. You will currently be responsible to Amit Das Gupta and myself.

The compensation and standard terms of employment are enclosed. Please return the duplicate copy
of both pages (the letter offer and the attachment) duly signed as your acceptance of the offer at the
earliest. As discussed, you will join us on 1st March. The offer comes in to effect from your date of
joining.

Terms of Employment

1. The offer is for a permanent position with a probation period of three months from the date of
joining.

2. Compensation at iDiscoveri comprises of two parts: salary & reimbursements.

This will comprise of a fixed salary of Rs 15,000 paid monthly and reimbursement of (work
related) phone bills up to a maximum of Rs 1500 per month subject to presentation of receipts.
Work related travel within NCR will be reimbursed at Rs 2.50 per kilometer. Outstation travel as
per company policy.

3. Since you are a part of the team there will no separate reimbursement as an outdoor instructor
when you go on programs.

4. You are eligible for leave of 26 working days in a financial year (April – March).

5. Upon joining you will be briefed about the organization policy on various matters.

6. You will be eligible for our annual bonus in March/ April and the amount will be pro-rated as per
your term with us.
